Fully programmable reader emulator, simulator to characterize, test and certify contact cards for ISO 7816 and SWP (HCI, HDLC) conformity.

The ContactLAB test platform provides fully configurable reader signal emulation for validation of ISO 7816 contact smart cards and Single Wire Protocol (SWP) USIM for NFC enabled mobile handsets.

 

ContactLAB tests smart cards at electrical, protocol and application level. The platform provides full control of signal electrical and timing characteristics, allowing electrical characterization of the device. In addition, users have complete control of protocol commands, command sequences, and timing characteristics. This allows the creation of test cases for any use scenario in order to test card behavior both within and beyond the specifications of industry standards.

RGPA Software Interface


CONFIGURE & CONTROL TESTING PLATFORMS

ContactLAB software with the Real-time Generic Protocol Analyzer (RGPA) is designed to provide flexibility in accessing all emulation parameters. The software interface includes precise time measurement, wave form and listing views of test results, search functions, statistics and detailed protocol command descriptions.

ContactLAB can also be controlled via scripting languages (C, JScript, VBasic) and integrates with a range of SCRIPTIS based solutions to facilitate implementation of standard specific, in-house conformance testing.
